| TIME: | Faire opens: 7:30am - 1:00pm Setup: Must arrive at 7:00am Cleanup: 1:00 - 1:30pm Note: Minimum Day 12:35 Dismissal |

| REGISTRATION: | Registration opens on Wed, October 10 and will remain open until all booth spaces are filled. There are 160 booth spaces available. |

| COST: | $15 per booth, registration fee |
|
| $ 5 additional fee for booth shared by 3 students | ||
| $ 5 additional fee for booth with an electrical outlet |

| Payment in cash or check made out to "Egan PTA" | ||
| Payment must be included with Registration Form |
||
| REFUND: | $ 5 refundable cleaning deposit |

| BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS: | Assignments are first-come, first-served |

| NOTE: | 3 people max per booth! |

| DONATIONS: | Students can opt to donate a portion of their profits to the Library |

| PRIZES: | You can win up to a $50 Visa Gift Card. Details to be announced |

This is a fun way for enterprising students to produce and sell gift items, crafts, and edible treats just in time for the Holidays. The Holiday Faire raises money for the Egan Library while giving students an opportunity to earn some spending money and showcase their creative talents.
IMPORTANT: How to Register
This year, students can register for a Holiday Faire booth by completing a Registration Form and dropping it in the Holiday Faire Box in the office any time during Open Registration. Look for details about this year’s Holiday Faire in the Open Registration packets.
Open Registration packets will be available in the office on Monday, October 8, at the end of the school day. You can put your completed Registration form in the Holiday Faire Box beginning Wednesday morning, October 10.
Registration will be open until all of the spaces are filled, but remember to register early to ensure a spot! Get your creativity going and start developing your unique Holiday Faire item today!
