MAGAZINE DRIVE ORDERING INFORMATION
IMPORTANT! Please read prior to selling
GENERAL INFORMATION
- All checks should be made payable to “Egan School”
- Each magazine subscription counts as one order.
- Please double check your turn in envelope to make sure that your total orders match the total dollars you have enclosed.
- Remember one turn in envelope for every turn in day (there are 4 turn in days!)
- Renewals: Have the customer fill out the order form exactly as their current subscriptions label reads. Name and address must match exactly. Any variation may result in duplicate new orders instead of renewals. Be sure to check the renewal box on the order form. You can also attach one of the current subscription address labels to the order form for a renewal.
- Give PINK copy of order form to customer. It is important that they have this copy so they can contact the company if there are any problems with the order.
- On-line ordering is available! Click here to order online and follow the instruction for online ordering below.
** Important ** In order to receive credit for your online sales, you must bring a printed copy of the order confirmation when you turn in your orders.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ON-LINE ORDERING
- Go to www.qsp.com
- You must register the first time you use the ordering process. Fill out all of the required fields; remember to enter in the School/Organization # for Egan which is 425069161.
- Click on the Register button.
- Once your home page pops open, you can now begin shopping.
- Print the receipts; you will need these on order turn-in days.

If your child has an interest (i.e. horses, electronic games, sports), you may donate an appropriate magazine. Renewals are needed for: National Geographic for Kids, Newsweek, New York Times Upfront, Time, National Geographic, Car& Driver, Golf Digest, Health, Sports Illustrated, Science News, Smithsonian, Teen People.
Please fill out the order form exactly as above and check the renewal box.

- The holidays are just around the corner and magazine subscriptions such as National Geographic Kids, Sunset or Sports Illustrated, etc. make great gifts.
- Magazine subscriptions for your favorite Doctor, Dentist, Salon or office lobby are usually appreciated.
- Renewals count! If your customers are already enjoying a magazine subscription, ask if they would like to extend their renewal.
